Holiday Package Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all holiday packages booked through Santorian Tours & Travels LLP.

General Terms & Conditions

• As per government rules, all applicable taxes will be added to the package cost.
• Any service not specifically mentioned under Tour Inclusions is excluded.
• Passengers below 12 years are classified as children; 12 years and above are adults.
• Standard hotel check-in is at 1400 hrs and check-out at 1200 hrs.
• Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Airline tickets, once issued, modification and cancellations are subject to respective airline policies.
• No refunds are applicable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control, including flight cancellations, delays, bad weather, natural calamities, medical emergencies, visa issues, or supplier failures.
• Santorian Tours & Travels reserves the right to postpone or cancel any tour. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded without compensation.
• The itinerary may be altered or modified due to operational reasons or unavoidable circumstances. No compensation or refund will apply for changes in sightseeing, meals, entry tickets, shopping hours, or service availability.
• Passengers are responsible for the safety of baggage, valuables, currency, documents, and personal belongings at all times.
• Loss of essential documents (passport, visa, tickets) may result in tour curtailment and additional expenses. Passports must be valid six months beyond the return date.
• All required visa documents must be submitted on time. Urgent visa processing may attract additional charges.
• Visa delays or consulate-related issues may require rescheduling, and cancellation charges will apply.
• Santorian Tours & Travels is not liable for visa validity errors, consulate delays, or visa rejections. Consulates may not provide reasons for refusal.
• Visa assistance is limited to documentation and submission support. Visa fees are charged at prevailing rates at the time of submission.
• Loss of passport during the tour must be handled by the guest, including FIR filing, embassy visits, replacement documents, and related expenses.
• Guests must attend personal visa interviews if required, at their own cost.
• Passengers must ensure they are medically fit. Santorian holds no liability for injuries, medical conditions, accidents, theft, or additional expenses.
• Tour pricing is based on current exchange rates and operational costs. Prices may be revised before departure due to fluctuations.
• Santorian Tours & Travels has no control over airlines, hotels, transport operators, sightseeing providers, or third-party services. We are not responsible for delays, service deficiencies, or operational shortcomings.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment must be paid for by the passenger.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, including meals, sightseeing, hotel stays, or flights.
• The company is not liable for losses due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, war, quarantine measures, or force majeure events.
• Force Majeure: Non-recoverable costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as a credit shell for future travel.
• Airlines are responsible for overbooking, seat allotments, meals, operational delays, and baggage handling.
• Passengers must review all inclusions, exclusions, and tour details before booking.
• By booking with Santorian Tours & Travels, passengers acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.
